Rents, sizes, features and move-in dates on this site are a guide and can change before a lease is signed. A home is only yours once both sides have signed the lease. Photos show the home or one like it in the same building.

We are an equal housing opportunity business and follow fair housing law in every listing and screening.

Sending the viewing form is a request. The time is confirmed only when we reply by email.

Open viewings are shared with other households; private viewings are just you. If you cannot make it, please tell us on (555) 555-0142 so we can offer the place to someone else.

Applications are made after a viewing. Credit, background and income checks are done by a tenant screening service over its own secure link, with your consent; we never ask for a Social Security number on this website. Any screening fee is stated before you pay it, and every applicant is assessed on the same written criteria.

The rent estimate on this site is a first guide from what similar homes have rented for. An appraisal is free and carries no obligation; any management agreement is a separate written contract.

The repair form is for residents of homes we manage. We book routine repairs in working hours and tell you when a trade is coming. Reports sent through the form are read in office hours.

For an emergency (water coming through a ceiling, no heat in winter, a lockout), call (555) 555-0199 as well as sending the form. If you smell gas or anyone is in danger, call 911 first.

• Do not copy the listings, text or photos for commercial use without permission.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is always error-free or online. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
